How it works?
At our first session, we will sit down and identify your specific goals and the action steps required to achieve those goals. We will look at your business overall and see what systems and processes are needed to achieve these goals and then support you in implementing change.
As a springboard and mentor for your business, this will help you solve problems, leverage opportunities for growth and also gain clarity and reassurance around important decisions. Most importantly, helping you stay accountable to your goals, shifting your mind-set and addressing any limiting beliefs holding you back from success.
Key Mentoring areas;
- Daily Operational challenges: a sounding board to offer clarity and reassurance around dealing with issues and making important decisions.
- Develop Business Systems: guiding you through the steps of robust business systemisation, so your business can run without you.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): working with you to establish the top five metrics that you need to monitor on a weekly basis to ensure you are achieving your sales and profitability targets.
- Revenue Generation: looking at weekly sales targets needed to pay overheads (rent, rates, bills, payroll, taxes) and establishing profit margins.
- Staff Performance Metrics: establishing clear team roles and objectives whilst putting in place tangible, measurable weekly performance metrics and monthly staff performance reviews.
- Gross Profit Analysis of your service offerings: getting clear on the gross profit margin of each of your service offerings and ensure the team is up to speed with this.
- Strategic Planning for 1 to 3 to 5 years: setting financial growth targets for the month, quarter and year ahead and a strategic plan on how to achieve these.
- Marketing: ensure your brand message is clear across all of your signage, website and social media platforms and help you to develop a clear marketing plan for the next six months targeting existing clients and generating new leads.
- Time Management: make the best use of your time, doing high value work only by helping you to develop your team for maximum output and identify the time wasting tasks that can be automated or eliminated.
- Wastage: identify areas of waste within your business stock, time and resources.
